Cloud Chicken didn't start as a franchise dream. Our owner grew up across Asian street markets — where crunch is serious and seasoning tells a story — then landed in Arizona and fell hard for American fried chicken.
For nearly ten months before opening, he tested batters, rest times, and spice blends almost every day: chasing a shatter-crisp shell that still juiced inside, and flavors you won't find on every strip-mall menu.
Still a young brand — unlimited room for new sauces, neighborhoods, and stories. The standard is set: extra crispy, honestly seasoned, worth the drive to Mekong Plaza.
